Stand-Alone operations represent the establishment of a complete distribution facility to accommodate the logistics requirement of a single customer. These operations incorporate all facility, equipment, technology, management and personnel to provide the functional requirements of standard distribution activities.

Turnkey Solutions For customers who do not wish to invest in facilities, equipment or personnel but have a need to service the Canadian market, or a segment of the market, Direct Distribution offers a full variable-cost model. Direct will procure the facility, equipment and specialized personnel to establish a stand alone distribution centre. We will support the use of our technology, or the customer's proprietary technology, develop or mirror standard operating procedures, manage productivity and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Operations Only For customers who prefer to maintain their own facilities and equipment, but who do not want to manage the personnel, Direct provides full management and staff required to successfully run a distribution centre in Canada.
